This class is an introduction to a whole different approach to your health. You will improve…

~ mobility and safety through simple joint movements

~ the many brain and body functions that benefit from honed vision skills

~ balance and coordination through Vestibular and Cerebellar exercises

~ your breathing, offering more vitality to your entire system

Most of all, you will gradually “get it” that your brain and nervous system run the show. When we truly know that pain is an output from the brain in response to inner and outer conditions, not something that happens to us, and when we have skills to change that output, our options completely change in an empowering and life-changing way.

 This class is designed to help you improve not just musculoskeletal and aerobic tone, but also mental acuity, visual skills, your balance system, digestive and respiratory health, breathing, emotional well-being, and more. In other words, every aspect of brain and body.

Free charts and organizational materials are provided to help you organize your learning. One of the lifetime benefits of taking this class is that you will build your own personalized “bank” of  skills to counteract stress, get out of pain, and increase self-motivation.
